Concert Choir Audition Portal
ABOUT
The Concert Choir is open to children entering grades 4 through 8 who complete a successful audition. Concert Choir participants are exposed to a wide array of musical styles, composers, and languages within a structured and dynamic rehearsal environment. The Concert Choir performs at various times throughout the year, including our two ticketed performances in the concert hall and other venues around the greater Houston area. Additionally, the Concert Choir has alternated serving as artists-in-residence in Galveston, Maine, and Mexico and has toured both domestically and internationally.

HOW TO AUDITION

Complete the Prospective Chorister Form Below

Submit your $50 non-refundable registration fee via the secure Payment Portal after submitting your Prospective Chorister Form.
03.
Attend your assigned audition slot, to be confirmed by chorus staff after registration.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Prospective chorus members should prepare the first verse of “My Country ‘Tis of Thee”.
Prepare by using the following tracks*:
*Auditioners will be provided the music and words at the audition. We simply want to meet your child and ensure that they can appropriately match pitch.
Parents are not in the room during the audition.

$850/per year
